BSNL New SMS Service | Customers Can Now Send SMS To Activate New Facilities of BSNL
BSNL introduced a new service in which customers can send an SMS for availing new facilities offered them. Customers till now had to go to BSNL offices or authorized agents to get the new facilities. If customer has sufficient balance in his mobile, he can get facilities like SMS, data, calls in seconds.
Till now customers has to take Rs.13 recharge voucher to activate 1 paisa/SMS facility. This will now be activated if customer sends ‘NTV13’ SMS to 53733. Rs.13 will be cut from the balance amount in the account and the service will be activated. Customers can send ‘Voice45’ SMS to 53733 for activating 1 paisa/second service. After receiving the SMS, BSNL will activate the service within seconds.
